Lanae Joubert, PhD, RD, CSSD, CSCS, is a sports dietitian who loves to facilitate learning in a variety of settings when she's not in the classroom, rock climbing, paddle boarding, swimming or backpacking. She was recently promoted to full professor at Northern Michigan University, where she has been teaching, conducting research and learning from her students everyday for 12 years. She has four higher ed degrees with the last one, PhD in Nutrition and Food Management from Oregon State University (OSU), earned in 2007.
