DianaDiana Cuy Castellanos is an Associate Professor at the University of Dayton in the Department of Health and Sport Science and a registered dietitian. She teaches in the dietetic didactic and master programs and works closely with the Hanley Sustainability Institute at the University. For scholarship, her work lies in the area of dietary acculturation, food security and sustainable food systems.

Just send a message to other members through the DPG NEHP Community. Click this link or follow the quick steps below.

  1. Go to the NEHP home page at:  www.nehp.eatrightpro.org
  2. Click Login at the upper right of the home page. Use your Academy login and password.
  3. Click the drop down arrow next to your picture and choose the Communities button. If you do not have a picture, you can add one by going to your Profile. 
  4. In the list of communities you belong to, scroll to DPG51 NEHP and click the Discussions button to the right.
  5. Click Post New Message and write your message just as you would with an email.
  6. Click post at the bottom when you are ready to send to NEHP members.
