Why The Nutrition Educators of Health Professionals DPG

NEHP DPG is a dynamic network of professionals who provide nutrition education for medical, dental, nursing, and other allied health students, residents, and practitioners.

Members of NEHP come from a variety of backgrounds including academic, clinical, community, research, industry, and government. From novice to expert, our members range in experience from one to more than 20 years. NEHP offers members an opportunity to:
    • Network with others.
    • Enhance skills and collaboration for nutrition education of health professionals of all levels.
    • Advocating for influential public policy

Why I Joined NEHP:

"NEHP offers an environment for interaction with other educators, opportunities for professional growth, and a forum for developing nutrition curricula at all levels: undergraduate, graduate, and continuing nutrition education".

NEHP Past Chair and Current Legislative Chair
